This Deed of Trust between Dr. Ramakishan Radhakishan Agarwal, aged - 65 years Resident of R/o R. K. Hospital 5/A, Madhuban, Udaipur - 313001.[herein after the Author of the Trust] of ONE PART.
AND
1) Dr. Chandrashekhar Ramalingayya Banapurmath.
2) Dr. Satish Kamtaprasad Tiwari.
3) Dr. Rajkishor Balkishan Maheshwari.
4) Dr. Munnilal Balkrishna Agnihotri.
5) Dr. Akash Ashok Bang.
6) Dr. Sanjay Bhagwant Prabhu.
7) Dr. Ketan Govindbhai Bharadva.
8) Dr. Santosh Soloman Soans.
9) Dr. Shyamsunder Nathuram Sidana.
10) Dr. Sanjio Bhimrao Borade.

[Hereinafter called as trustees which expression shall unless inconsistent with or repugnant to the subject or context thereof include survivor off them for time being of this presents and the executor or administrator] -------------------- of Second part.
AND WHERE AS the Author of the trust is absolute owner and in possessed of the movable property i.e. cash Rs.1001/- (Rupees One Thousand and One only)Constitution or instrument of the Trust shall be as under.

1) To establish and promote the Infant and Child Nutrition (ICN) practices, care of child, health and nutrition in normal and abnormal conditions (including malnutrition, over nutrition and all sorts of deficiency/excess disorders, nutrition in diseases, natural or man-made calamities etc.) at individual and/or mass/public levels.

2) To promote, support and conduct research in promotion of ICN practices, mother and child nutrition, complimentary feeding, childhood mortality and morbidity, etc.

3) To encourage and advance the knowledge of study and practice of ICN in community and health workers.

4) To establish review, update and declare, from time to time standards/guidelines/norms/protocols in ICN.

5) To work with, help, guide, co-ordinate, co-operate and provide scientific/expert opinion to the Government agencies, NGO, any semi-government agencies, other voluntary and likeminded organizations (including WHO, UNICEF, FOGSI, IMA, IMLEA, etc.) regarding ICN.

6) To Study, examine, investigate, research and to express its view on the ICN issues related with exaggerated or false claims pertaining to infant feeding, nutrition/malnutrition, growth and development. To work in collaboration with government/voluntary agencies to tackle the menace arising out of such exaggerated claims.

7) To appoint committees, groups, members to study and monitor the implementation of International Code, IMS Act or other related laws / Acts / morals / standards in Indian scenario and to work with other likeminded agencies or organizations in tackling the violation of these Acts or Code.

8) To provide specialized training in all issues related to infant feeding including artificial/commercial foods, Infant Feeding and HIV during undergraduate or postgraduate medical, home science, nutrition education courses / curriculum in any training courses.

9) To organize scientific meets, conferences, Continuing Medical Education programs, Training of Trainers workshops, updates, symposia, exhibitions, public awareness/intervention/ therapeutic programs, campaigns, media releases etc. related to these issues.

10) To identify, establish, specialized centers and accreditation of baby friendly hospitals.

11) To establish, run, administer and/or maintain/support educational institutes, libraries, research centers, laboratories etc. for the promotion of its objects and to provide scholarships, fellowships, grants endowments etc, in these fields.

12) To maintain and award either itself or others either alone or in collaboration with other likeminded organizations prizes, awards/shields, certificates, diploma of proficiency, degrees and to conduct such examinations, test etc. as may be prescribed from time to time.

13) To raise/distribute /donate funds and to do all such other things as may be necessary, incidental, convenient, conducive to the attainment of various above mentioned objectives.

14) To print/publish/ release/sanction/endorse articles, news bulletins, books, journals, newsletters or periodicals etc on related and allied subjects which the society thinks desirable for the promotion of its objectives.

15) To co-operate, co-ordinate, affiliate and work with other bodies, agencies or organizations to achieve the objects.

16) To do all such other thing as may be necessary, incidental, conducive or conversant to the attainment of above objectives. “All the incomes, earning movable, immovable properties of the society shall be solely utilized and applied toward the promotion of its aims and objects only as set forth in the Memorandum of Association and no profit on them shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way or dividends, bonus, profit or in any manner whatsoever, to the present or past member of the society or to any person claiming through anyone or more of the present or the past members. No member of the society shall have any personal claim on any movable or immovable properties of the society or make any profit whatsoever by virtue of this membership.”

3)BOARD OF TRUSTEES:- The administration, management and control of the trust and its properties shall vest in the hands of committee to be called as Board of Trustee [Executive Committee] consist of eleven [11] members including the Office bearers.
